This role involves maintaining internal controls, supporting strategic financial initiatives, preparing monthly account reconciliations, coordinating financial tax audits, monitor and analyze account data, overseeing the month end close process, entering general ledger activities, and staying updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure ongoing financial health and growth. The ideal Accounting Manager will have solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multi-task while meeting crucial deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p>What you get to work on daily</p><p>· Supervise and lead the accounting team, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger</p><p>· Manage month-end and year-end closings</p><p>· Coordinate and support external audits </p><p>· Oversee tax filings ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations</p><p>· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/statements</p><p>· Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management</p><p>· Support system implementations, upgrades, and process automation projects</p><p>· Monitor and track internal assets and expenditures</p>
