Responsibilities: • Conduct interviews with clients to assess their needs and circumstances. • Screen applicants for eligibility and provide guidance on next steps. • Refer clients to appropriate resources or services based on their specific situations. • Distribute educational materials and general information to applicants for self-help purposes. • Assist with clinics and outreach events organized by the program. • Perform intake duties at designated outreach sites as required. • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring respect and confidentiality are upheld. • Utilize the case management system to manage and document client interactions. • Collaborate with team members to promote a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. • Adhere to supervisor directions and organizational protocols in daily tasks.
