<p>Overview</p><p>We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Systems Administrator capable of supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure needs—from Tier 1 troubleshooting to Tier 3 escalations. This role is fully onsite and requires a strong foundation in on‑prem systems, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and network administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer‑focused, and experienced with managing and improving a hybrid IT environment that will continue evolving toward Azure cloud services.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide end‑to‑end IT support, resolving issues ranging from Tier 1 service desk requests to Tier 3 escalated infrastructure problems.</li><li>Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory, including GPO creation, policy management, OU structure, and permissions.</li><li>Manage and support Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Intune, device compliance, and SCCM endpoint management.</li><li>Maintain and optimize the on‑prem server environment, including domain controllers, file servers, and other critical infrastructure systems.</li><li>Support and administer VMware virtualization environments (deployment, maintenance, resource optimization, snapshots, storage, etc.).</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPN, etc.).</li><li>Assist with light Azure administration (approx. 3%), including user provisioning, conditional access, and basic cloud resource maintenance.</li><li>Monitor and manage system performance, patching, security updates, and backup operations.</li><li>Write and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to drive improvements, ensure uptime, and support ongoing projects and migrations.</li><li>Participate in on‑call rotation or after‑hours work as needed for maintenance or emergencies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
