As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers potential for long-term growth within our organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 260 field employees and 30 office staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Reconcile invoices and organizational records, while managing garnishments and deductions as required.<br>• Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.<br>• Generate and analyze payroll reports to support organizational decision-making.<br>• Build strong relationships with team members to understand business needs and facilitate seamless payroll operations.<br>• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly to ensure employee satisfaction.<br>• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and taxation.<br>• Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and improve operational efficiency.
