In this role, you’ll work from concept to final export, developing storyboards, pitching ideas, and crafting engaging motion content for a diverse range of clients and projects.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop concepts and storyboards, and actively contribute creative ideas in a collaborative, ego-free environment</li><li>Bring motion designs to life using After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema4D (or other 3D tools)</li><li>Create visually compelling videos (typically 60–90 seconds) that showcase strong storytelling and capture audience attention</li><li>Apply advanced 3D skills—understanding of composition, lighting, textures, motion, and depth of field</li><li>Manage multiple projects, balancing creative vision with schedules and budgets</li><li>Clearly communicate ideas and project updates with team members and clients</li></ul>
<p>Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a Paid Media Strategist with for a 3 – 6+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. This is a hands-on role owning all aspects of paid search and paid social execution across a portfolio of multiple clients. This is an opportunity for a paid media specialist looking to make strategic contributions in a tight-knit, high-impact team environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Own strategy, execution, and optimization for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads</li><li>Build and manage campaigns: keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bids, landing pages, and budgets</li><li>Deliver regular performance reports and present results to clients</li><li>Identify ways to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale successful campaigns</li><li>Act as main point of contact for paid media clients and lead communications</li><li>Support CRO with landing page audits, A/B tests, and conversion analysis</li><li>Provide audience and keyword insights to content strategy</li><li>Assist with analytics, attribution, and dashboard setup (GA4)</li><li>Contribute to new business pitches and strategic audits as a paid media expert</li><li>Help enhance best practices</li></ul>
