Responsibilities: • Partner with business teams to gather requirements, define technical scope, and outline workflows for infrastructure-related projects and system improvements. • Plan and carry out testing for operating system, hardware, and software changes, documenting results to promote stable production releases. • Execute system installations, updates, migrations, and production deployments across server and end-user computing environments. • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, process flows, operating procedures, recovery steps, and user guidance materials. • Investigate and resolve issues involving applications, hardware, servers, and network communications to minimize disruption to business operations. • Provide instruction to end users on procedures and best practices needed to effectively operate assigned technology and equipment. • Build, configure, upgrade, and repair personal computers and related systems to meet organizational standards and user needs. • Contribute technical expertise to special projects and keep leadership informed through regular status updates and progress reporting. • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support systems during and outside standard business hours as needed.
