This Contract position focuses on maintaining and improving enterprise network operations across multiple sites while contributing to infrastructure expansion and technology consistency. The role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with core networking systems, cloud-connected environments, and site-based IT initiatives in a fully onsite setting. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operation of enterprise networking systems, including firewalls, VPN connections, routers, switches, and wireless environments. • Diagnose and resolve network performance, access, and security-related issues to maintain stable business operations. • Contribute to the IT integration of newly acquired locations by deploying standardized infrastructure and equipment. • Coordinate and execute network refreshes, office technology rollouts, and infrastructure improvement projects across multiple sites. • Provide administrative support for VMware, Microsoft 365, and other cloud-enabled platforms connected to the network environment. • Act as a higher-level technical resource for Help Desk staff and provide guidance to less experienced team members. • Track network health, maintain accurate technical documentation, and recommend enhancements that strengthen uptime and protection. • Partner with IT leadership to support broader technology initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
