  • <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Instructional Designer</strong> to support the development and rollout of a new internal software platform. This role will be responsible for creating engaging eLearning content, job aids, training materials, and other resources to help internal employees successfully adopt the new system.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with subject matter experts and business partners to gather information, ask thoughtful questions, identify training needs, and translate that information into clear, effective learning materials. The role will also involve close collaboration with the product team as the platform continues to be developed.</p><p>The majority of the work is expected to take place between <strong>October and March</strong>, with the platform scheduled to go live on <strong>May 30, 2027</strong>.
