We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Fremont, Nebraska. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective management of accounting processes. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is capable of fostering strong internal controls. Responsibilities: • Lead month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely preparation of financial results and operational metrics reporting. • Analyze and present financial performance, highlighting key variances against budgets and previous years. • Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet and adherence to accounting policies and procedures while maintaining robust internal controls. • Manage the implementation and administration of NetSuite systems, including Oracle/NetSuite. • Oversee transaction accounting processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets. • Develop and maintain accounting controls and procedures that support audit readiness. • Provide information and support for external auditors and tax advisors during annual filings. • Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
