The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, organization, and communication skills in a multi-site manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the onboarding experience for newly hired employees, including orientation, documentation completion, and coordination of a positive start to employment.</p><p>• Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems, complete required records administration, and ensure documentation aligns with company standards and legal obligations.</p><p>• Review and audit timekeeping records for assigned sites, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate submissions for payroll processing in accordance with wage and hour requirements.</p><p>• Assist employees during benefits enrollment periods by answering routine questions, helping with forms, and guiding system use as needed.</p><p>• Work with site leaders to coordinate employee lifecycle activities such as hires, transfers, departures, and other workforce changes.</p><p>• Manage the intake and follow-up process for workers’ compensation matters by coordinating communication among employees, managers, carriers, and third-party partners.</p><p>• Track leave of absence activity, documentation, eligibility, and return-to-work steps while helping ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.</p><p>• Provide day-to-day guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, and workplace matters while promoting fair and consistent practices.</p><p>• Support recruiting efforts through candidate sourcing assistance, interview scheduling, and partnership with staffing agencies and talent contacts to meet hiring needs.</p><p>• Contribute to HR improvement projects by reviewing workforce data, identifying trends, and recommending process enhancements that support operational effectiveness.</p>

Enough said.</li></ul><p>What You’ll Own</p><p>Your center of gravity will be <strong>security and compliance</strong>, particularly within a government contracting environment.</p><p>You’ll:</p><ul><li>Drive readiness and ongoing compliance for <strong>CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171</strong>.</li><li>Support <strong>SOC 2 and PCI DSS</strong> initiatives, including control design, evidence collection, remediation, and audit coordination.</li><li>Take security and infrastructure projects from idea to implementation, managing timelines, stakeholders, vendors, risks, and deliverables.</li><li>Administer and improve security technologies across endpoint protection, IAM, SIEM, MFA, email security, vulnerability management, and logging.</li><li>Lead access reviews, security awareness efforts, phishing simulations, and incident-response tabletop exercises.</li><li>Develop the policies, procedures, and security plans required for compliance, then make sure those controls actually work in the real world.</li><li>Partner with leadership on security risk, vendor reviews, customer requirements, and business decisions.</li><li>Roll up your sleeves alongside the IT team on <strong>Microsoft 365, Entra ID, servers, networking, endpoints, identity, and other infrastructure initiatives</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p>
