This role serves as the escalation point from the Help Desk, supporting hotel, casino, and food & beverage operations with a focus on <strong>Micros POS systems, Aristocrat Gaming, and Oracle Fusion applications</strong>. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Casino Operations, and vendor partners while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
