  • <p>We are looking for an Entry Level Recruiter / Sourcer to support hiring efforts for a dental organization in Las Vegas. This is a Contract to Hire position suited for someone who enjoys identifying talent, building candidate pipelines, and guiding applicants through the early stages of the hiring process. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to team growth by combining research, outreach, screening, and candidate engagement in a fast-moving environment. This role is based in Las Vegas, but is fully remote, with a weekly meeting on-site at the corporate office with the HR &amp; Recruitment team. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Build talent pipelines by using job boards, recruiting platforms, and industry networks to identify candidates with relevant experience for open positions.</p><p>• Evaluate incoming applications and resumes to determine alignment with role requirements, relevant experience, and overall potential fit.</p><p>• Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess qualifications, communication style, and interest in available opportunities.</p><p>• Post openings across online recruiting channels, including Jobvite, Indeed, LinkedIn, and related sourcing tools, to expand candidate reach.</p><p>• Strengthen employer visibility by engaging prospective candidates through social media and other digital outreach methods.</p><p>• Keep applicants updated throughout the hiring cycle and share timely, thoughtful feedback when appropriate.</p><p>• Coordinate closely with hiring stakeholders to support an organized, efficient, and compliant recruitment process.</p><p>• Stay informed on recruiting best practices, hiring standards, and applicable compliance expectations related to talent acquisition.</p>
