As a long-term contract position, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations and enhanced functionality for healthcare staff across the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform operating system upgrades and configuration updates for mobile devices used by healthcare staff.<br>• Implement upgrades from Injoy v10 to v12 following established procedures and guidelines.<br>• Provide on-site support across multiple hospital locations, ensuring timely updates for all devices.<br>• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address device-related issues and ensure optimal performance.<br>• Manage and update approximately 200–300 devices at each hospital within the project timeline.<br>• Follow systematic processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in device upgrades.<br>• Troubleshoot technical problems related to mobile devices and resolve them efficiently.<br>• Maintain clear communication with team members and hospital staff regarding project progress and device statuses.<br>• Adhere to company protocols and industry standards during all upgrade activities.<br>• Travel between hospitals within the Las Vegas area to provide hands-on support.
