This is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and supporting a team where employees wear multiple hats to keep the business moving forward.</p><p>The organization operates with a lean structure, and this individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing accounts receivable activities, assisting with month-end close, and providing guidance on day-to-day accounting matters. The ideal candidate is comfortable stepping into existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping management navigate accounting questions with confidence. Additional duties will consist of working with the GM on specific reporting and analysis. Data will be extracted from QuickBooks Online and data will be manipulated in Microsoft Excel.
