Responsibilities: • Process complete payroll cycles for employees across multiple states while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations. • Administer payroll activities for an employee population ranging from approximately 101 to 500 staff members, including earnings, deductions, and related updates. • Use Paylocity to manage payroll records, review transactions, and resolve processing issues efficiently. • Support payroll platform transition activities by assisting with system configuration, payroll data validation, testing, and issue resolution. • Help maintain uninterrupted payroll operations during vendor change efforts by monitoring timelines, reconciling information, and addressing discrepancies. • Review payroll results prior to final submission to confirm tax withholding, benefit deductions, and employee payments are correct. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather required payroll information and ensure smooth processing workflows. • Maintain organized payroll documentation and respond to payroll-related questions in a timely manner.
