The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform knowledge with business analysis skills and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to drive operational improvements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and process improvement opportunities.</li><li>Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.</li><li>Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including workflows, flows, custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and security settings.</li><li>Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.</li><li>Work closely with technical teams to support solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.</li><li>Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.</li><li>Support data management initiatives, including data quality, imports, cleanup efforts, and reporting.</li><li>Develop process documentation, training materials, and end-user resources.</li><li>Assist with release planning, change management, and user adoption efforts.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams regarding Salesforce capabilities and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>
