<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Desktop Engineer</strong> with deep experience supporting modern, cloud‑managed endpoint environments. This role goes beyond traditional desktop support and will play a key role in <strong>designing, implementing, and optimizing Azure AD and Microsoft Intune–based device management</strong> across the enterprise.</p><p>The ideal candidate has hands‑on expertise with <strong>endpoint security, device lifecycle management, automation, and identity integration</strong> in a Microsoft ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead support and administration of Windows 10/11 endpoints in an Azure AD–joined environment</li><li>Design, configure, and manage <strong>Microsoft Intune (MEM)</strong> policies including:</li><li>Compliance policies</li><li>Configuration profiles</li><li>Application deployment</li><li>Endpoint security policies</li><li>Manage <strong>Azure AD / Entra ID</strong>, including:</li><li>Device registration and identity integration</li><li>Conditional Access policies</li><li>Role‑based access controls</li><li>Support endpoint imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle management using:</li><li>Autopilot</li><li>Intune / MDM workflows</li><li>Troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, and policy‑based issues</li><li>Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to align endpoint strategy</li><li>Create documentation, standards, and operational procedures</li><li>Mentor junior desktop or support engineers</li></ul><p><br></p>
