In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and HR administration. We are currently working with a leading real estate developer in Chicago to recruit for an open Senior Human Resources Generalist position. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for executing the HR function under the direction of the Executive Vice President in the following functional areas: HRIS management, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations performance management, recruitment, onboarding, policy creation, management and implementation, and employment law compliance. Benefits include: health, dental, vision, 401k, short and long term, and other perks. This position works Monday- Thursday on-site and Fridays remote.
