  • Accounts Payable Clerk – Full-Time | Torrance Area, CA A dynamic and growing service-based organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join its accounting team in the Torrance Area. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. <br> Responsibilities Process and code vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and efficiently. Verify invoice information against purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy. Obtain necessary approvals prior to payment processing. Prepare and process vendor payments, including check runs, ACH transfers, and credit card transactions. Maintain detailed and organized records of payments, vendor files, and supporting documentation. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
