In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing database systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in SQL technologies and a passion for maintaining efficient data systems.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and MySQL environments.</p><p>• Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to optimize system efficiency.</p><p>• Perform regular database backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.</p><p>• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to maintain system stability.</p><p>• Manage database security by setting access controls and monitoring for unauthorized activities.</p><p>• Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures.</p><p>• Conduct capacity planning to ensure databases can handle future growth and workload demands.</p><p>• Apply patches and updates to database systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.</p>
