Subject: Confidential – Interim Plant Controller (AX_IFM Required)We are reaching out on a strictly confidential basis regarding an interim Plant Controller consulting engagement where hands‑on AX / IFM experience is non‑negotiable.This role is designed for a controller‑level consultant who can step in immediately, take control, and extract the plant controller function from a departing incumbent within roughly 90 days, then work with the HQ team the rest of the year likely...What matters most:<ul><li>You’ve personally closed in AX IFM (journal entries, reconciliations, AR/AP — not oversight)</li><li>You’re comfortable operating without training in a messy or undocumented environment</li><li>You’ve handled carve‑outs / strip‑outs / sudden transitions before</li><li>You are willing to travel outside of the USA for a period of time to claw back files/laptop/procedures, perhaps with the incumbent involved.</li></ul>The situation (high‑level):<ul><li>Initial 3 months onsite to run a couple of closes and secure all local accounting data (travel and housing covered)</li><li>Potential for immediate separation of the current controller — discretion is essential</li><li>After stabilization, the controller role is fully migrated to HQ (Indianapolis) and accounting transitions into Sage Intacct</li><li>Engagement runs ~ approx/no guarantee12 months total, including transition and wind‑down support</li></ul>This is not a CFO role and not advisory.
