  • We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and create a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and business partners in North Carolina. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing front-office interaction with administrative support, and can keep schedules, communications, and logistics running smoothly. The role will partner closely with office leadership and internal teams to help maintain an organized and efficient workplace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome guests, clients, and suppliers in a courteous manner while helping create a positive first impression of the office.<br>• Arrange business travel for team members and leaders, including transportation, lodging, and detailed itineraries.<br>• Oversee shared meeting spaces and maintain office calendars to ensure appointments and room reservations are coordinated effectively.<br>• Support the planning of client visits, product demonstrations, company gatherings, and other onsite events.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to managers and leadership, including document preparation and general office support.<br>• Monitor inventory levels for office materials and place orders with external vendors as needed.<br>• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized way.<br>• Prepare and update reports, presentations, records, and correspondence while maintaining accurate documentation.<br>• Collaborate with the Office Manager and technical staff to improve workflow and support smooth office operations.
