  • A multi- national manufacturing company located in Northwest Houston is adding an FP&amp;A Analyst to their team.<br>Job duties include:<br>• Assists in developing and implementing goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management and forecasting &amp; budgeting.<br>• Responsible for planning &amp; tracking the monthly close process and reporting the monthly financial results.<br>• Drive the quarterly Forecast submissions, annual budget preparation process, and presentation to leadership.<br>• Plan and coordinate the preparation and reporting of the weekly flash report, rolling forecasts, and ad hoc schedules as requested.<br>• Prepare the monthly and quarterly Operating Reports, including the variance analysis and commentary between actual results and forecasts and prior periods for both P&amp;L and balance sheet categories.<br>• Preparation and provide analysis on corporate consolidations, domestic and international.<br>• Develop/prepare financial models to be used for decision support purposes.<br>• Support the leadership team with special projects, presentations, and analysis.<br> Ideal candidate will have:<br>• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.<br>• 5 + years of progressive experience in Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis.<br>• Experience with Hyperion, Smartview, FCC or Longview<br>• Willingness to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.<br>• Interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and work in a team environment.<br>• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a multinational corporate structure preferred.<br>• Strong computer skills, including ERP (IFS, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel Skills required, and Power BI+.<br> <br><br><br>Compensation is up to 120K.
