This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can strengthen system performance, connect business applications, and turn operational needs into scalable technical solutions. The role centers on improving the value of NetSuite and the Microsoft 365 environment through thoughtful administration, automation, reporting, and cross-functional support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer and refine the company’s ERP and CRM environments, with particular emphasis on improving the effectiveness and reliability of NetSuite.<br>• Design and maintain integrations between core business systems using APIs and related tools to support efficient data flow across departments.<br>• Translate operational needs into technical solutions by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and recommending system enhancements.<br>• Build automations and low-code solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure-based services, to reduce manual work and improve productivity.<br>• Develop dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into business performance and system usage.<br>• Manage system configuration, user access, and environment standards to support security, consistency, and long-term platform stability.<br>• Partner with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement application changes that support business goals.<br>• Support platform development activities such as client-side scripting and CRM-related customization, including work connected to Salesforce where needed.<br>• Contribute to application-related change initiatives, including business system updates or transition efforts, while helping minimize disruption to users.
