This role owns the learning technology ecosystem and drives scalable, data‑informed, and innovative learning solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and learner experience.</p><p>The ideal candidate blends deep learning‑technology expertise with practical experience applying AI responsibly to real business and learning challenges.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Learning Technology Strategy & Governance</p><ul><li>Provide strategic oversight for learning technologies across LMS, LXP, LRS, and authoring tools</li><li>Evaluate platform performance, adoption, and data quality to drive continuous improvement</li><li>Establish standards, documentation, and enablement resources for enterprise learning tools</li><li>Identify, measure, and mitigate risks associated with learning technologies in alignment with compliance policies</li></ul><p>AI‑Enabled Learning Solutions</p><ul><li>Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, ethical, value‑driven learning solutions</li><li>Establish guardrails for responsible AI use, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and explainability</li><li>Reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery through automation and AI enablement</li></ul><p>Vendor & Platform Management</p><ul><li>Evaluate, select, and manage learning technology vendors</li><li>Influence platform roadmaps to align with enterprise learning needs</li><li>Optimize learning platform ecosystems to support scalability and reliability</li></ul><p>Consulting & Enablement</p><ul><li>Act as a consultative partner to Learning Enablement, Sales Enablement, Leadership Development, and other stakeholders</li><li>Recommend appropriate technologies and AI approaches based on business needs—not trends</li><li>Build learning team capability in learning technology fluency, analytics literacy, and AI awareness</li></ul>
