We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, on a contract basis. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in accounting processes, including general ledger management and financial reconciliation. You will play a key role in supporting the Assistant Controller and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Provide direct support to the Assistant Controller and accounting team, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. • Prepare and maintain daily revenue and expense reports, analyzing factors such as weather impacts on revenue. • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. • Perform detailed reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records. • Build and update basic reporting templates to streamline financial tracking and analysis. • Utilize Sage Intacct software for accounting tasks and reporting, if applicable. • Collaborate with team members to address other accounting-related functions as needed.
