Responsibilities:• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment activities to align with organizational goals.• Analyze financial data to support decision-making in areas such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.• Develop and oversee financial policies and procedures to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.• Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational improvements.• Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure timely delivery.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational standards.• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and provide necessary documentation.• Present financial reports and insights to the Board of Directors during quarterly meetings.• Lead and mentor teams responsible for accounting, payroll, billing, collections, HR, and IT functions.• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational excellence.
