  • <p>Our team is seeking an experienced Event Technology &amp; Operations Specialist to join a client and provide vital support for a global events program. This is a hands-on role focused on managing event registration technology platforms (such as Stova, Cvent, Bizzabo, etc.), supporting event websites and software, and assisting with attendee logistics and event operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously owned event technology solutions while also supporting on-the-ground event logistics and attendee management.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Event Technology &amp; Registration</p><ul><li>Manage event registration websites using Stova or similar enterprise event platforms</li><li>Configure attendee types, registration paths, and event communications</li><li>Maintain and organize agendas, sessions, and speaker information within the platform</li><li>Troubleshoot and provide technical support for registration and website issues</li><li>Support data integrations, file uploads, and platform configuration</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Data &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li>Export, manage, and maintain attendee and registration data</li><li>Maintain up-to-date attendee lists and reporting dashboards</li><li>Track VIPs, speakers, and other special-access groups</li><li>Ensure data accuracy across all systems</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Event Operations &amp; Logistics</p><ul><li>Create and manage attendee badges (including badge printing solutions)</li><li>Coordinate hotel rooming lists and assist with ground transportation arrangements</li><li>Support attendee travel coordination</li><li>Provide onsite registration and logistics support as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
