The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, practical leadership, and the ability to improve systems reliability, security, and cross-functional alignment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Shape and lead the company’s technology roadmap, aligning infrastructure, applications, and security priorities with business goals.</p><p>• Oversee integration design across internal platforms and client-required systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and resolving connectivity or accuracy issues.</p><p>• Direct governance for key business applications, including Salesforce oversight, file management controls, and administration of software tools used across the organization.</p><p>• Manage software and technology vendors, including service performance reviews, contract negotiations, renewals, and opportunities to streamline the vendor portfolio.</p><p>• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards covering networks, systems, and overall IT architecture to support stability and scalability.</p><p>• Strengthen cybersecurity practices by advancing policies, controls, risk mitigation efforts, and coordination with external auditors on findings and remediation.</p><p>• Serve as a point of contact for client security reviews by preparing documentation, completing assessments, and communicating the organization’s control environment.</p><p>• Lead technology onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, equipment coordination, access removal, and asset tracking.</p><p>• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate new technology needs, recommend solutions, and oversee implementation of system enhancements or integrations.</p>
