This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a strong first impression while keeping administrative workflows organized and moving efficiently. The right candidate will be comfortable interacting with visitors, vendors, and internal teams, while balancing phone coverage, documentation, and general office support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a courteous approach and guide them through check-in, badge, and security procedures.<br>• Manage a busy front desk by answering incoming calls, routing inquiries accurately, and responding to general office questions in a timely manner.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, file organization, data entry, and email correspondence.<br>• Maintain vendor and office records with accuracy so information is current, organized, and easy to access.<br>• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and other clerical tasks that help departments stay on track.<br>• Support special projects and overflow assignments from administrative staff and leadership as business needs change.<br>• Use Spanish language skills when needed to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking visitors, customers, or partners.<br>• Help maintain a welcoming, orderly reception area that reflects the standards of the Durham, North Carolina office.
