Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements for software projects and system enhancements. • Manage and enhance the Kace ticketing system, focusing on workflow optimization and reporting. • Assess and recommend technology solutions in collaboration with the IT Manager and external vendors. • Coordinate system implementations, lead user training sessions, and create comprehensive documentation to support users. • Partner with the Manufacturing Process Analyst to align IT strategies with operational workflows. • Develop and maintain standardized IT processes, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows across teams. • Oversee the management and organization of SharePoint content and structure to improve usability. • Identify opportunities for automation using Microsoft tools and third-party applications, and implement solutions. • Work with external vendors to enhance website content management systems. • Provide backup support for desktop and end-user IT-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
