This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on role with visibility across the business. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering closely with the Controller and operational teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting</li><li>Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data</li><li>Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and provide meaningful insights to management</li><li>Support inventory, cost accounting, and other operational accounting activities</li><li>Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed</li><li>Partner with the Controller to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies</li><li>Support audit preparation and compliance requirements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives</li><li>Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts across the accounting function</li></ul>
