This is a primarily remote position (may need to go in for meetings occasionally), with the Inside Sales Specialist being responsible for inbound customer support through enrollment and health plan processes. Based around St. Louis, MO this is a contract opportunity with the possibility for extension or conversion. This role also has the opportunity for a shift-differential for candidates open to later hours. Determine the nature of the customer inquiry and take down intake information. Educate and guide Medicare prospects and members through the sales process to help identify the best plan options for their needs. Direct the candidate call to the appropriate team members to complete customer enrollment. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, members, and broker partners. Ensure all sales activities comply with health plan, Medicare, and regulatory requirements. Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment information. Provide detail oriented, solution-focused support to address questions and resolve issues. Training hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm CST. Business hours are 8am - 8:00pm, with a priority for 11:30am-8pm shifts.
