Responsibilities: • Assign transportation services promptly while maintaining accurate check-out logs. • Coordinate stand-by or extra-board operators to address absences, service increases, or disruptions caused by traffic, vehicle issues, or emergencies. • Track attendance for operators and staff, ensuring proper records are maintained. • Allocate vehicles based on preventive maintenance schedules and capacity requirements. • Establish two-way communication with operators to provide updates on customer needs, cancellations, or route guidance. • Monitor trip statuses and operator performance, making necessary adjustments to uphold timely service. • Record and document daily operational events and scheduling data in real-time. • Collaborate with operations staff to address scheduling or passenger-related concerns effectively. • Maintain professionalism and a neat appearance while performing job duties. • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and direct employees in their roles to ensure departmental efficiency.
