- We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Ada, Michigan. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize endpoint devices, network security, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system administration tools and a strong commitment to enhancing network performance and security.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage endpoint monitoring, patching, and automation tasks across Windows and macOS environments using NinjaOne.<br>• Oversee user provisioning, group policies, and application assignments within JumpCloud directory administration.<br>• Assist with device enrollment workflows, compliance policies, and configuration troubleshooting in Microsoft Intune.<br>• Respond to security alerts from CrowdStrike Falcon Complete, document findings, and support threat containment efforts.<br>• Deploy and update Cloudflare One policies, including client configurations and gateway rules.<br>• Review and modify firewall rules on FortiGate and Meraki platforms following structured change processes.<br>• Monitor threat intelligence dashboards and escalate compromise indicators to senior engineers.<br>• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, handling mailbox setups, Teams configurations, SharePoint permissions, and license assignments.<br>• Support Azure virtual machine management and basic networking tasks under senior engineer guidance.<br>• Maintain accurate client documentation, including network diagrams, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
