- <p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily distribution activities for a retail operation in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This 6–8-week Contract position will focus on keeping shipments organized, maintaining accurate delivery records, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and drivers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-moving setting, stays organized under pressure, and takes a precise approach to logistics administration. This role is 100% onsite, M-F 8am-5pm with Saturdays being an option to work 11am-3pm or 4pm for overtime.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and send delivery updates so key stakeholders remain informed on shipment status.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of racks and equipment left at individual delivery locations.</p><p>• Create driver voucher documentation to support timely and correct payment processing.</p><p>• Print, sort, and organize invoices for distribution and recordkeeping purposes.</p><p>• Monitor delivery progress and help keep shipment information current throughout the day.</p><p>• Serve as a point of contact for drivers when leadership is unavailable, providing timely responses and operational support.</p><p>• Coordinate routine shipping and distribution tasks to help daily logistics activities run smoothly.3</p>
