This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, detailed administrative work, and contributing to efficient billing and accounts payable operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Communicate with clients and vendors by phone and email to coordinate electronic payment enrollment activities.<br>• Review open payment items and take appropriate action when payment instructions have not yet been established.<br>• Research vendor records carefully to verify account information and align payment details with the correct profile.<br>• Identify acceptable electronic payment options for vendors and guide them through the setup process.<br>• Enter and maintain accurate enrollment data, payment information, and activity updates within company systems.<br>• Produce and monitor reports to track enrollment progress, outstanding items, and completion status.<br>• Build productive working relationships with vendors and clients to support a positive service experience.<br>• Follow established service guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures while meeting individual and team goals.
