Responsibilities: • Manage donor records and maintain accurate contribution data using fundraising databases such as Raiser’s Edge. • Coordinate mail merge activities to produce tailored outreach, acknowledgements, and campaign communications for donors and stakeholders. • Prepare clear, effective correspondence in support of donor stewardship, fundraising outreach, and development initiatives. • Draft audit-related reports and organize supporting documentation to promote accuracy and compliance in development records. • Support fundraising campaigns by tracking donations, monitoring progress, and helping implement effective engagement strategies. • Partner with internal teams to assist with fundraising management activities and ensure development efforts align with organizational priorities. • Analyze donor activity and giving trends to help inform campaign planning and relationship-building efforts.
