Role Description: We're hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead our analytics engineering <br>team and own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our data platform. You'll manage two <br>analysts, partner with software engineering on ETL/integration work, and make the technical <br>decisions that shape how the organization consumes data. Your priorities are speed, security, <br>and stability—in that order when they conflict. This role requires initiative and ownership. <br>You'll operate with significant autonomy—identifying problems, developing solutions, and <br>driving them to completion without waiting for direction.
