The ideal candidate will bring creativity and leadership to streamline production processes while delivering impactful video, animation, and presentation materials.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Supervise and lead a team of multimedia professionals, including direct oversight of two video production staff.<br>• Assess and prioritize multimedia requests to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.<br>• Select appropriate formats for content, such as video or other media, based on project needs.<br>• Provide creative direction in storytelling, script writing, and overall quality of multimedia projects.<br>• Expand the team's capabilities by integrating advanced techniques in video, graphics, animation, and presentations.<br>• Collaborate with internal communications and marketing teams to support organizational initiatives.<br>• Facilitate the implementation of streaming platforms for virtual events, including town halls and large-scale gatherings.
