<p>We are looking for an experienced ETL Migration Developer/SAP Success Factors specialist to join our team for a 7 month contract role with potential for contract to hire. Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week. </p><p><br></p><p>This role focuses on supporting HR and IT teams in the manufacturing industry by leading data migration activities, including testing, cleansing, and population efforts. As a long-term contract position, it offers the opportunity to contribute to key HRIS implementation projects while collaborating across global teams.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and execute data migration processes, including testing, data cleansing, and population, to ensure seamless integration with HRIS systems.</p><p>• Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve migration defects and ensure data accuracy.</p><p>• Analyze pre-load and post-load data files to validate successful migration and address discrepancies.</p><p>• Facilitate discussions with global HR teams to address missing or incorrect data and ensure all requirements are met.</p><p>• Coordinate with offshore data migration teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.</p><p>• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, to manage and analyze large data sets efficiently.</p><p>• Support mock cutovers and production cutover cycles to ensure smooth transitions during implementation.</p><p>• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve migration processes.</p><p>• Work cross-functionally with HR operational teams and collaborate across regions to meet project timelines.</p><p>• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including executives and external customers, to ensure project alignment.</p>
