The HR generalist also provides advice and counsel in areas of Human Resources including benefits, labor relations, employment law, health and safety, workers’ compensation, organizational development, performance management, training, and recruiting. For this role to be successful, the ideal person for this position would demonstrate close attention to detail and the careful observance of applicable company policies and procedures.
