The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of multi-state HR practices, comfort working in Workday, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary plans, and coordinate open enrollment activities, status changes, and carrier billing review.</p><p>• Administer retirement plan activities such as new enrollments, deferral updates, compliance support, and ongoing partnership with external plan providers.</p><p>• Manage leave administration from initial request through return to work, ensuring timely documentation, required notices, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.</p><p>• Coordinate with employees, managers, payroll, and external partners to support paid leave cases, workplace accommodations, and workers’ compensation matters across multiple states.</p><p>• Review benefit elections and payroll-related changes in Workday to confirm accurate enrollments, deductions, and employee data.</p><p>• Partner with leaders to evaluate and update job descriptions so they reflect current responsibilities and align with compensation structures.</p><p>• Help organize the annual performance review process by supporting schedules, communications, and required documentation.</p><p>• Act as a trusted point of contact for HR policies, compensation questions, employee records, reporting needs, audits, and ongoing process improvements.</p><p>• Provide on-site assistance for payroll activities and contribute to broader HR projects and departmental initiatives as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $82,000 to $100,000 + discretionary bonus.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p>Medical/Dental/Vision</p><p>401k with match</p><p>3 weeks PTO</p><p>11 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays</p>

The position will work closely with operational leaders and managers to address staffing priorities, guide personnel matters, and keep essential HR processes moving efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly and supervisory positions, from opening requisitions through candidate selection and offer coordination.<br>• Maintain active job postings and collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to align staffing activity with current workforce demands.<br>• Arrange virtual interviews and ensure candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders are prepared throughout the selection process.<br>• Lead new employee orientation activities, assemble onboarding documents, and enter employee information accurately into HR systems.<br>• Review employment eligibility documentation, coordinate background screening steps, and support internal pre-employment screening processes.<br>• Partner with supervisors, field leaders, and managers to review performance concerns, assess documentation, and help determine appropriate employment actions.<br>• Communicate separations and resignations professionally while preserving complete and accurate records for each employee case.<br>• Respond to questions related to benefits, HR programs, and routine employee administration, including support for garnishments and related paperwork.<br>• Assist with investigations, reporting, disciplinary documentation, and tracking of licenses or certifications using HR and operational systems.<br>• Work closely with the VP, Field Managers, and Account Managers to support ongoing HR operations, payroll-related coordination, and compliance-focused documentation.
