This role involves performing complex bank reconciliations and analyzing financial data with a high degree of precision. The position is ideal for professionals experienced in handling large volumes of data and skilled in using Yardi Voyager. Responsibilities: • Perform detailed bank reconciliations for accounts with historical data spanning up to three years. • Review and reconcile payroll accounts and investor distribution accounts to ensure accuracy. • Analyze financial transactions and entries with a focus on resolving discrepancies. • Utilize Yardi Voyager to compare and validate financial data against JP Morgan reports. • Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger tasks. • Process journal entries to ensure proper documentation and compliance. • Collaborate with team members to address inconsistencies in raw financial data. • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reconciliation tasks. • Maintain organized records of financial activities for auditing purposes.
