- We are looking for an experienced Sr. NetOps Engineer to strengthen and secure a complex enterprise network environment. This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented individual who brings deep expertise in Cisco-based infrastructure, network protection strategies, and large-scale deployment work. The successful candidate will help maintain reliable connectivity across multiple sites while advancing secure access, routing performance, and operational resilience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise network infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Cisco technologies.<br>• Manage and optimize routing, switching, and secure connectivity across multi-site and remote-access environments.<br>• Configure and maintain network security platforms, including firewalls, VPN solutions, traffic visibility tools, and identity-aware access controls.<br>• Drive major infrastructure initiatives such as large-scale deployments, integrations, and network modernization efforts.<br>• Monitor network health and performance, using flow analysis and diagnostic data to identify issues and improve reliability.<br>• Strengthen security posture by applying zero-trust principles, secure access methods, and data protection measures throughout the network.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex incidents and ensure stable service delivery for business operations.<br>• Document architecture, operational standards, and support procedures to promote consistency and effective network governance.
