Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day technical support for staff across a large onsite campus, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues with a service-oriented approach. • Manage the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of servers and core systems to ensure stable performance and timely upgrades. • Administer user accounts, access controls, and security settings across enterprise platforms, including Active Directory and related tools. • Assist with the support and troubleshooting of network equipment, segmentation, firewall-related issues, and fiber-connected infrastructure. • Maintain Windows and Linux environments, including virtualized systems running on Hyper-V and VMware. • Support endpoint management for desktop systems and user devices, including Windows 10 environments and related peripherals. • Apply corporate and local IT standards to system configuration, security practices, and daily support activities. • Respond to urgent technology issues outside normal business hours when incident-driven or emergency situations arise. • Provide technical readiness and onsite support for events and conferences that require dependable IT coordination across campus facilities.
