- <p>We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive key finance transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects that optimize processes and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transformation efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to the governance committee, enabling them to prioritize key focus areas.</p><p>• Manage and support multiple finance transformation projects, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Master Data initiatives.</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare governance materials, and proactively address concerns to keep projects on track.</p><p>• Extract and analyze data from various systems, ensuring accurate reporting to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.</p><p>• Collaborate with both internal teams and external consultants to align efforts and ensure project objectives are met.</p><p>• Assist in developing business cases and project charters that clearly define goals, deliverables, and success criteria.</p><p>• Lead project management activities, including timeline creation, resource allocation, risk assessment, and reporting.</p><p>• Facilitate communication across finance, IT, supply chain, and other departments, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.</p><p>• Support change management efforts by providing training and promoting adoption of new processes and solutions.</p><p>• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and standard methodologies like Agile to maintain consistent metrics and reporting.</p>
