You will collaborate with senior management to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance while supporting the organization's strategic goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Salary is 120,000 - 140,000. </p><p><br></p><p>Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and PTO. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the organization's enterprise risk management initiatives, including credit, market, compliance, and operational risk programs.</p><p>• Continuously monitor and evaluate risk management activities to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.</p><p>• Enhance enterprise risk management processes and systems to improve efficiency in risk assessments.</p><p>• Lead discussions within the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and provide solutions to address risk-related challenges.</p><p>• Identify and verify risk areas within the organization, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments are conducted.</p><p>• Develop risk assessments for new products or significant modifications to existing offerings.</p><p>• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide departmental leaders in implementing effective governance and risk management strategies.</p><p>• Analyze and report on key risks and their interdependencies, helping senior management maintain a focus on robust risk management.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.</p>
