- <p><strong><u>Supply Chain Manager</u></strong> (manufacturing industry)</p><p><em>Direct-Hire / Permanent position</em></p><p>Robert Half contact: <u>Drew.Schroll@RobertHalf com. </u></p><p><br></p><p>Fully onsite role - 5 days per week in office</p><p><br></p><p>Robert Half has partnered with a longstanding and valued client in their search of a new Supply Chain Manager to oversee a team of Buyers/Planners/Inventory Analysts and a manufacturing facility of $20M in inventory management. Ideal candidates will have proven experience as an established Supply Chain Manager within the manufacturing industry, with strong/effective negotiation and communication skills, and an ability to train and develop a team of Buyer/Planners. </p><p><br></p><p><em><u>Responsibilities</u></em>:</p><ul><li>Help lead the flow of direct materials from planning through delivery so production stays on track and customers receive orders on time.</li><li>Guide purchasing, planning, and procurement activities to make sure materials are available when needed while keeping costs and disruptions in check.</li><li>Support compliance with trade regulations by ensuring material transactions and records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.</li><li>Partner with operations, finance, and materials teams to solve supply challenges, align priorities, and keep communication moving across the business.</li><li>Look for ways to improve processes that strengthen inventory accuracy, increase inventory turns, and help the team meet performance goals.</li><li>Use lean supply chain practices to simplify day-to-day work for buyers and planners and create more efficient materials management processes.</li><li>Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and help identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply reliability.</li><li>Support annual inventory activities and maintain dependable material data that helps the team plan effectively and make informed decisions.</li></ul><p>Along with a target salary range of $120-150k (DOE), the total compensation package also includes annual bonus potential, multiple healthcare plan options, retirement plan with company match, and paid time off. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>For immediate consideration</strong>, please apply today and/or email your resume to <u>Drew.Schroll@RobertHalf com.</u> All inquiries will remain confidential. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
