This is a permanent role, joining a small team, reporting into a Team Lead. Our client is looking for a Customer Account Manager out of the manufacturing industry with at least 2-3 years of hands on customer service experience.</p><p><br></p><p>The selected candidate will be responsible for order processing, resolving customer issues, providing quotes, and supporting customer negotiations. Strong systems skills are needed as the Customer Account Manager will be entering orders into an ERP system and preparing quotes on a daily basis. Strong communication skills are required.</p><p><br></p><p>For the right experience our client is looking for a starting salary up to $30/hour.
